Shipping costs

The packaging and shipping costs are a flat rate of CHF 9.50. For orders over CHF 290.00 in merchandise value, we offer free shipping. Delivery costs for furniture will not be charged as a flat fee but will be invoiced based on actual costs.

Returns

Ordered and properly delivered goods can be returned within 10 days of delivery. The costs for the return shipment must be borne by the buyer. If the goods are returned incomplete, not in their original packaging, not in perfect and saleable original condition, or damaged, Amanda Beauty GmbH is entitled to claim compensation from the buyer for the reduction in value. The right of return does not cover damage for which the customer is responsible.
