Shipping costs
Packaging and shipping fees are a flat rate of CHF 9.50. For orders over CHF 290.00 in merchandise value, we offer free shipping. Delivery costs from Mobiliar are charged based on actual costs, not a flat rate.
Returns
Ordered and properly delivered goods can be returned within 10 days of delivery. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If the goods are returned incomplete, not in the original packaging, in packaging that is not intact and saleable, or damaged, Amanda Beauty GmbH is entitled to claim compensation from the buyer for the reduction in value. The right of return does not cover damages for which the customer is responsible.
