Ordered and properly delivered goods can only be returned within 10 days of delivery in their original packaging, unopened and unused. The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the buyer. If the goods are returned incomplete, not in their original packaging, not in perfect and saleable original packaging or damaged, AB/AN shall be entitled to demand compensation from the buyer for the reduction in value. The right of return does not extend to damage for which the customer is responsible. All Corona protection articles are excluded from the right of return.
